我觉得就现状来看, 象analog一类东西要outsource出去至少还要个十年.
没别的, analog不是几个牛designer就能搞定的. 从前端到后端, 到质量和
可靠性, 到工艺, 哪个不要长期的实际经验积累. 所谓analog的outsource,
如果不是整条产业链都转出去, 规模也很有限. 就象胡伟武开会说的, 模拟
器是骗人的, FPGA是骗人的, 教科书也是骗人的. 等看到中国开始有比较厉
害的本土analog企业了, 那时再考虑全盘outsource也不迟.

我觉得digital outsourcing 可能是比较容易突破的一个点，而digital的工作机会数
量很大，这个是我们中国内部企业要抓住的一个机会，模拟的话，时机还不成熟

我觉得tonsenberger的partner的腰肢/pg扭的很性感
一段时间不跳舞的好处是这种triggering的threshold低了，卡卡
觉得他们很好看，恩恩

数字其实国内做的不少了, 从CPU到DSP到各种IP都有人做. 不过就现状来
看还不是很乐观. 前几年拿到风投的一大批设计公司这两年可能要倒掉一
大半. 各方面的原因都有. 很多是技术实力不足, 做出来的东西不尽人意.
也有的真的是资金不足, 手上的钱只够出一次掩膜, 一次不成功就真的成
仁了. 正象有人说的, 做个能卖钱的芯片太难太难了. 又要符合市场需求,
又要成本低廉, 又要全套解决方案, 还要可靠, 还要time-to-market...
我觉得美国剩下的半导体大厂基本都有自己的一整套套路. TI也好linear
也好maxim也好还是ADI也好, 基本上是依靠自己的技术力量做高端高性能
的东西, 做那些foundry和IP核达不到的东西.
我觉得以后的市场会是两极分化的. 大量小厂的是做一些通用的东西, 拼
的是速度成本和方案. 剩下几个巨头做高性能的东西.

IC outsource的确比软件要难些。CAD的，testing的，封装的，modeling的,system的。
要全面赶上还需要一些时间。而且工艺还在不断evolve, 大公司的技术积累也不是说
几个搞design的资深工程师就能在国内复制的。 不过等以后回去的人越来越多，可能
会有所改善。 现在国内攒个像样的design house还是有点难度的。主要还是有经验的
人少

Serena is really good. it's the first time i watch her comp. very impressive
and beautiful leg actions. Even hanna looked weak in terms of legs,
compared to serena. karina is good; her style is different when with louis.
The best guy is killick, 流畅舒展. allen T is good in terms of dance
characterization, but 具体动作wise, he is not as artistic as killick. gary M
is one of the two weak guys. gary and diana's style is more like disco, not
latin.

能纸上谈兵。 没有好的电路模拟环境，甚至纸上谈兵都不行。。

yeah...Serena is awesome!!! My favorite so far. Allan's style is very bold
, compared to Killick, who's more classy and sophisticated. His style kind
