there is a company called mobile-tv. its focus is mainly
on using the provided data service on cellphone to deliver
tv program. in other words, they do not have specific tv
receivers, but treat tv program as video data(just like
youtube, pplive etc.).

The reciever is called tuner.
This is very hot now, lot of companies are working on it, broadcom, adi,
qcom, etc.

I think you guy is crazy. Did you see the man talking? That's a flash. How
do you forbid my friend -panera to post her reply? Did you have any
knowledge about the Flash? It is not an advertisement!!!
