You can try to apply. But the chance is not great. Usually, the minimum GPA
is 3.0 for most graduate schools. But as I knew,the actual GPA to get
admitted is much higher than the minimum requirement.

mesh and network coding may be better
if you wanna find a job, infrastructural relay is more useful than any of
these, as relay is feature being discussed by 3GPP LTE-ADV and IEEE 802.16 TGm
also you may try Femtocell and self-organization. there are interesting problems and again very practical, good for a MS thesis
