突然意识到我孩子在美国上的小学好像没有班长，也没有其他班干部。
有一些需要有人负责的事情都是让孩子志愿出头。也有些职责是轮流做。
另外就是每升一年都重新分班，换班主任。这都和我们小时候很不同。
感觉更喜欢美国的方式。中国的班干部制度让我觉得孩子们从小就被灌输了很糟糕的官
僚意识，或者说是官本位思想。
看一年级里对班长的理解很多都是帮老师管其他小孩，当官。孩子们这么小就被毒害了。
为了下一代，建议中国取消班干部制度，建立轮流志愿者制度。

如何在瞬态仿真的某个时间点仿开关电容电路的AC特性？
并且不要得到共模反馈结果后再加直流电压这类的方法
因为这会破坏求AC特性时的电路结构
而且也不适用于大批量处理（比如Monte Carlo分析）

我经常turn up完不改密码，领导派我去改，我就开2个session，改完看看还能不能登

三王大哥，能不能讲讲what is vpn label啊。
MPLS VPN,我现在有了RD去define不同的customer，
有了RT，去define，什么route可以access，什么不行。
outer label用来forward packet，
里面的vpn label用来干嘛，解释说是什么associated next hop。。。看不懂啊。

Google changes their algo. every week basis. So, for page rank, they must
have applied some new rules, to so called Google dance.
These days, I am thinking more towards having direct users to my site,
rather than relying on Google. Because it is so unpredictable.
It is almost like a nice-to-have to get search engine traffic, but,
otherwise, I don't give too much attention to search engines...

VPN label is exchanged by BGP, it is used to de-mux the traffic coming from
the same LSP, usually there is one-to-one mapping between a vpn-label and a
vrf, but you can have BGP to advertise a label per prefix. Not sure what
this "associated next hop" is, I believe it refers to CE router which
advertises the prefixes in (PE's) VRF context.

我觉得我的情况适用于你说的先仿tran，取得工作点后再仿AC吧
但是用voltage source会不会破坏了原始电路呢？
比如某些点的电压是靠电荷积累在对地寄生电容上的，AC仿真下可能并不等于0
你直接用voltage source那不就默认等于0了么？

看网站类型了, FACEBOOK不需要SEO, 靠的是VIRUS 和网站的粘性，有的网站一定要SEO
，比如About.com，你的网站只怕还是需要重视Google的．
