先说一下我的情况：会计MASTER毕业，没有身份，一点点工作经验，还没考完CPA。
目前工作不好找，好不容易找到一个小公司的工作，咨询了下律师说这种工作不好办
H1B，不做也罢。
现在，真的不知道还要去哪里找工作，投简历的时候，是不是看到特别小的公司，或者
BOOKKEEPER之类的工作根本就不要去投了？因为找到了也不能办身份啊！
不知道大家是怎么找工作的？请好心的朋友给点建议，谢谢

By common sense, yes. But you never know. Even if they charge more
you can still argue back.

要是我，就先拿下，然后办着h1b，同时继续找。
办不下来就继续找呗，工作两个月有点收入，有点经验，还能多一下opt

请教前辈一个问题！
我现在在加拿大工作，这里考试貌似考得比较快，毕业1年已经考得差不多了。
但我一直想去美国工作来着，但像我这样经验不多能找到工作么？是不是会要take pay
-cut？（身份不是问题）

当然要骑驴找马，先干着这个，写简历也好看，另外能多多少少学些东西。
工作这时节很难找，如果放弃这个很可惜。

Can probably take an existing SIRF Star-III/IV Baseband Time domain and
frequency domain Search and Track Engine architecture. Slap on bunch of
mixers in front, new PRN code generator with this new code.
Slap a new RF frontend which covers slightly wider band compared to GPS.
Higher gain stages for the weaker signals from the Geostationary satellites.
Slap a new digital front end to notch filter out GPS/GLO/GAL signals as much
as possible, down-mix to IF, decimate etc, and there, you have a new
Chinese Compass GNSS receiver.
Most of the work is in the software though.

第一步中，如果是用PC，要将firemare 3.0 的扩展名.zip改为.ipsw

dont miss the chance to apply the h1b first time. no matter how low the
position is. ask for mutipy lawers about how to appy the h1, you will get
more information. my experience is ask a employer to transfer a h1b is much
easier then apply a new one.

SIRF有用于GPS/伽利略系统的产品，用于北斗的还没有啊。

我刚搞定
1. Jailbreak: http://bbs.weiphone.com/read.php?tid=417648
2. SBsettings:
open cydia and search for it, and then install
3. OpenSSH and mobileterminal:
open cydia and follow the instruction in the first page, then change
password
4. WinSCP:
google it and install
5. Install appsync3.0:

put the .deb to /var/mobile using WinSCPthen log in using
MobileTerminal, switch to rootdpkg -i appsync30.deb
6. open iTune, get a free app such as Google app and Sy

这里竞争太激烈吧，尤其是滑铁卢出来的啊，我们毕业没有考过起码四个考试大公司根
本就不会看你的resume啊。

跟grace gao解的一样不？她的文章里有方法。
国内做GPS的大把，国内开发民用的早有code了，不用到网上来撞运气。

digital Frontend complements RF. Anyways, I'm just hypothesizing if someone
has some baseband IP already, then it wouldn't take much more hardware to
realize a Compass + GPS receiver. Starting from scratch is just not really
feasible, science project maybe, but for actual GNSS market, no..

digital frontend如果你指direct conversion,那难度会比较大降到中频再采样
就容易了。
其实即使从底层做起，解调算法都是现成的，如果码子对的话也可以做，费劲点，
有风险。
那个公司CEO厉害，他加盟，一下就拿走30%的股份。

真是很牛啊！我毕业的时候只有P, FM and MLC. 工作了四年才考完, 这还是
