还没有拿到official offer。他们在打听H1B的事情,然后说三个礼拜不够transfer
H1B。
还有办法吗?

去年一分钱收入都没有,怎么报税?有什么讲究吗? 单身一个人,还有付点房子的
mortgage,以及房子的property tax,有可能会要点钱回来吗?

比如一个人monthly salary $2000, annual salary is 24000, converty to hourly
24000/ (52*40) = 11.54
但是如果按2010年来, 除去国定5天假期, business hours 有2048 working hours,
加上40 hours holiday,有2088H, 比52*40 多一天, 难道没有人计较这多出来的8个H?
我的意思是 annual salary convert to Hourly, 怎样算才最合理呢?
我都被别人问晕了。

除了setup time violation 和 hold time violation 之外还有什么会引起flipflop的
metastablility?

只要在原H-1B过期之前递交上去就可以,批准晚一点没关系。

当然有可能,填填税表就知道了。

不懂你的问题.如果是SALARY,不管你上多少小时一星期,就是$2000/月.你要是HOURLY
WORKER,你上几个小时,就有几个小时的钱,那八个小时,怎会漏掉呢

non-resident基本没有credit可以拿。

不是的, 比如 2000/month,那是standard的, 如果有ot的情况, 就要用hourly rate
x hours, 所以这个时候就hourly 就起作用了。 一般salary convert hourly rate,
就是年薪水除以2080 个小时的出来的, 但是有个人问,觉得这样算算少了,
所以我想看下我是不是算错了。

reset recovery/removal time violations for flops with async reset pin.
其实本质上和setup/hold violations是一样的。

Is this king of rejection? This is from HR.
I am checking with xxxx Human Resources and the xxxxx International Office
to figure out the logistics transferring your H1 visa in the timeframe we've
got. Unfortunately three weeks does not leave us with a lot....

I think the way you did is correct. Your major concern is whether the
holiday hours should be included in the
total hours. For most of the budgeted employees, they get paid for the
holidays, those hours should be
included in the 2080 hours.

enable也有recovery/removal time violations吧?

This is more from their HR.
That is correct in theory, however I'm not sure that we'll be able to meet
that deadline in practice. For instance, I believe the Prevailing Wage
Request requires a minimum 30-day review at the US Department of Labor. I am
checking for clarification from PIO and will let Jody know as soon as I get
their advisory opinion on our options.
This is so frustrating. I hate my current boss.

I wrote to their HR this morning:
The attorney at xxxxx says: "However, if they are able to get the petition
submitted to USCIS by June 21st you could start working there on June 22nd
even if you do not have your approval notice from them."
I understand it could still take much time to prepare the petition to
submit to USCIS, especially LCA could take longer than a week some times.
I really like the job at the xxxxxxx. It is really the best opportunity
for me. I really hope I could start
