No tax is my top concern.

省税方面和公司形式有关，在Delaware 注册的LLC 税收优惠不大。
但Delware的政策有利于公司，手续简单，收费少，打起官司来或申请破产时比较保护
公司（持有人）利益。
你如果是开网上公司，Delaware 很适合你。
如果是实体店，需要本州的营业许可，还是在本州注册的好。
