大家用的TIAA-CREF 选什么基金呢，不是很懂。

孩子在祖父母监护下来美国玩，因为耳朵问题看了医生。
一部分我们已经付了，现在医院的账单还在一次次飞来。
朋友支招说，我们可以不付这部分钱。
不知是否如此？
或者和医院argue，以guardian即祖父母收入不高请求减免？
账单是以孩子名义寄的，如果不付，会不会对孩子以后来美造成影响？

朋友的儿子在山东大学自动化专业，想来美国攻读该专业的硕、博。托福、GRE皆已考

TIAA-CREF or Fidelity or whatever, it doesn't really matter.
What matters: How much risk can you bear?
If you don't want to spend much time on managing your investment, go with
the one-stop target fund, like target/retirement fund 20xx, where 20xx is
the year that you'll retire.
I suggest you spend some time read some books. It's your money. You should
not blindly go with other's suggestions. At very least you should understand
what you are doing.

还是SDU校友，换专业是因为自动化这个专业这边没有，ECE/CS啥的挑合适的方向找，
GT不算很好，但还够用，还得看GPA和毕设研究啥的有木有，GPA很好也有用。看EE排名
加方向调研各个层次都申请几所，有相中的老师可以联系联系，主要是看有什么可以
stand out出来
