鲁迅是中国近代文学史上有名文人，他笔锋犀利，讽刺当时社会现状，一心想唤醒当时

虽然知道涨工资希望不大，因为公司salary freeze都两年了。不过由于说过三个月后
按照表现情况涨工资，所以还是去问了，然后就说是工作表现不好，不能涨。
觉得挺委屈的，之前有个赚我工资3倍的，还有一个8倍的人都辞职了，然后他们的东西
都扔给我了。现在是赚着10块一个小时，做以前30快一小时和85快一个小时工作，NND
还说我表现不好。我一个小工，实在是没那么大本事呀，基本上是在完全没有training
的情况下，直接搞stock,financial reporting,咱CPA也过了，也能搞得出来，但是有
些小问题，我确实看不出来有错误，那要做很多次以后才知道哪个账户irregular呀。
唉，第一份工作就做的那么失败，现在是相当郁闷呀。
都有卡了，也没指望靠这工作拿卡，就是这工作是在是做不下去了，打算找下家了，不
知道我这表现不好的问题，会不会进入我的纪录之类的呀，要是影响background check
那就惨了呀。。大家都有经验吗？？

For vocal definitely go for SM7B. It's one of the best dynamics out there.
But you have to be aware that it's an overkill for Karaoke especially if you
are using crappy audio interfaces and/or mixers. Sony ECM-MS957 is a stereo
mic. It is not recommended for beginners to invest on stereo recording
unless they know what they are doing.

If you've got a couple of SM57 in your bag and knows how to set them up when
recording instruments then you kinda passed the beginner phase. The sony
mic you are looking at is mostly for documentary purpose or video recording
accessories. You can use it as instrumental mic if you want. To me it just
seem like eating fastfood unless there is a specific reason for this.

既然是别人30和80 一小时的工作，那就好好做。做到不光你自己觉得没问题，连老板
也认为没问题，再去要求加薪，那时估计他们也离不开你了吧？不加走人，没做过没培
训过的东西也学到了，也有资本了。炒它丫的到时～

i am professional pop level singer and professional instrument player, just
wish the sound be the perfect that i could get and will record, if i get
cheaper one, it might be good to start, then after a while i buy better ones
? i am thinking i could ask some music player fiends nearby for setting
maybe?

有绿卡，有工作经验，还有CPA 还怕他们什么！！！？？？！！！
其实background check很随便。只要你没criminal，drug use history就不要怕他。
你说的是怕reference check？ 我reference 一般只给会给你说好话的人。这不一定要
manager。
同事，在同一公司里的client 都可以。

I have no doubt about your professional level of performance. It's about
pick the right tools for the right task. If your purpose is just document
your live performance, the stereo mic might do well. If you want to get the
most out of your performance or you are in the process of create something
of fine quality, that stereo mic may not be the right tool you want.

这个financial reporting没有人指导的话还真的是很难搞定呀，主要是因为做出来以
后，很多问题都看不出来，而且没人告诉你公司的情况，你不知道comparable和cost
benefit的问题呀。
