当然NR也可以用
这个表的目的是claim treaty
当然如果NR有了1042S就不需要用8833
甚至没有1042S也可以不寄8833，只要在1040NR上写明用了什么treaty，因为NR统一寄
到TX，那边的人是明白treaty这事的
但没有1042S的话附上8833更好，有些麻烦的claim比如1042S只写了$1000而其实你可以
claim$5000就要用8833明确写明理由，你不用8833的话很可能招来麻烦
