Hi, I came back from on-site postdoc interview yesterday. I chatted with the
professor, gave a presentation, and then chatted with the group members. The
professor seems to be in need to postdocs to finish the project because
there is competition going on. However, I did not ask when the professor
will give me the decision. Usually how long will the professor make the
decision about my postdoc interview? Thanks!

求推荐麻省的上课的地方：社区大学行么？undergrad 还是grad 的课程？只学一门课
的话，身份是怎么个弄法？

最后一次恳请各位前辈们工作推荐,如果还找不到的话,今年年底就打算回国了.下面是
我的基本情况：
本人男,MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering. 现住在San Jose,
Open to relocate, 对薪水没有任何要求, 吃苦耐劳，肯虚心学习.已经拿到EAD card,
可做OPT. Master毕业之前在advisor的实验室干过一年RA, 是关于FPGA和VLSI方面的.
来美国上Master之前在国内干过一年的test engineer. 个人比较倾向找关于digital
logical design/ASIC/FPGA design and verification方面的工作, 但其他与EE相关的
工作也可.自认为C/C++/Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog/Shell/Tcl/MATLAB比较熟练.
还请各位前辈多多帮忙! 非常感谢！

我问好了可以补哪些课，但是不知道去哪补比较好

天啊，究竟咋回事，今年见到不少新人上来求refer，楼主在硅谷中心都找不到，哪其
他没身份的fresh啥情况？

有这功夫，不如去学学编程。我身边读EE的朋友，只要肯花功夫学编程的，没有找不到
工作的。而且都是美国的大公司。这年头，无论美国中国，CS比EE好找工作太多了。

我身边的朋友也是在弯曲找了半年都没找到。
建议楼主还是要找verification的工作，会好很多。多看看OVM、UVM。

最近确实是在自学verificaiton方面的东西,但说实话我觉得这个方向比设计还需要经
验.好像都是3-5年起步.

谢谢各位前辈的建议,但真的不太想改行.没找到工作肯定是自身有问题,已经尽
量去改了.可能没有太多实践经验是硬伤吧.不管怎么说再努力一下,不行的话,也没有遗
憾了！

多参加local的professional活动吧
版上贴的那些活动，专业qq群的活动，还有alumni活动，等
还有多参与LinkedIn group的讨论，前提当然是不能瞎说，只说自己懂的。因为我发现
我每次积极讨论就会有比较多的浏览量和关注度，有recruitet也有engineer
还有多刷leet code,认识ee做tissue engineering类的ms都刷题很快找到cs工作了

硅谷怎么了，硬件在硅谷，也许屁都找不到。
就一句话，做硬件就是死路一条。
毕业了的就赶紧刷题改行，没毕业的，也赶紧刷题改行。。。
