这次俺比较认真，弄了个缠绵柔情版，不过俺水平就这么烂，也不奢望啥。
另外俺发现后期如果用 tube amp，会带来挺明显的鼻音。不知道咋整，俺
只好不用 tube amp 了，后期只做个 compressor + reverb 完事。

大师唱功提高的很明显，非常柔情，走音是没有的。
好听的颤音倒很多，而且我就不会。
把个别发音比如 "S"和"TH" 加强一下，会更好。

还有那个10 units of ethics 要等到2017年才要求的吧。
是不是赶紧在5内把CPA license拿下，这些就可以避免掉了。

开发商定新机型参数的时候，当然首选可以覆盖地区最大的设计参数，这样可以卖更多
。tmobile的3G频段和欧洲亚洲南美洲等一样，又是gsm那条线上的，所以按这个频段开
发的手机可以适用地区最广。再给一型手机增加可使用频段，或者改频段，一般就是再
下一步的事情了。
这就是为什么很多新型号3G手机先上tmobile而且exclusive的原因，其他美国运营商频
段不对，解锁也没用（或者解了也只能当2G手机用）。
按这个道理，at&t的手机往往会慢一步，除非有开发商专门为at&t开发。这情况不是没
有，但是开发商肯定会多要钱，所以这样的情况不会那么多。而且at&t被apple吃死了
，不解套没有那么多钱来搞其他新的exclusive手机。
同样verizon就更吃亏，因为它是cdma线上的，覆盖地区更少。

请问;这个新规定和参加考试是分开的，那是不是意味着即使你在2014年前通过了CPA考
试，但你在2014年后申请执照，还是必须按照新规定执行，有可能还是需要补充会计和
道德学分， 然后才能拿到执照？

我看那个20个extra学分是 proposed，不一定会执行的吧。
还有那个10 units of ethics 要等到2017年才要求的吧。
是不是赶紧在5内把CPA license拿下，这些就可以避免掉了。
看没有人跟帖讨论，觉得蛮奇怪的。

20 extra会执行，立法已经通过。是还没敲定什么科目可算入那the extra 20,
community college 修的算不算。是具体细节的proposal。
10units的ethics 也执行，只是accounting ehics在2017前可用其它指定科目代替。因
为没几所学校有accounting ethics这门科。要给时间让学校准备这门课程。
要在2013/12/31 前递出申请（postmarked) 才能免掉新规定。

10units的ethics 也执行，只是accounting ehics在2017前可用其它指定科目代替。因

但MBA in accounting 不行。因为普遍认为MBA in Acct 不如 Master in Acct or
Tax 来的专。
就这么变态！ 其实多这30units就能提高CPA的素质？ 就为了抬高门槛罢了。原本的
proposal, 这30 units都得是upper division，后来community college反对，才把“
upper division"几个字去除了。

请问;这个新规定和参加考试是分开的，那是不是意味着即使你在2014年前通过了CPA考
试，但你在2014年后申请执照，还是必须按照新规定执行，有可能还是需要补充会计和
道德学分， 然后才能拿到执照？

Business Law和Auditing都算ethic学分，但是我还是不够啊。哲学类的最多只能占3分
