假定读这篇文章的人都住在美国，是美国的税务居民，那么：
1.在美国报税时全世界范围内的收入需要报税，交不交税另说。
2.我记得在中国证券交易个人所得暂免征收个人所得税。不知道现在是不是还是这样。
如果是，那就交税。如果不是，也不是无须交tax，而是需要用credit。
