If the article of this Harvard scholar is not a trash, it's tautology. It is
so obvious as for the problems of Chinese population and the underlying
reasons. And there are tons of similar arguments in literatures.
Eberstadt didn't mention the importance of Chinese family kinship in dealing
with elderly problems.
Also he didn't mention the recent relaxation of one-child policy.
Even under one-child policy, in the long run, the gender ratio will achieve an
appropriate ratio both by demand-supply p
