why not print more cash to make every one can buy any thing they want?
I do not know how to explain it in a simply way to the kids. Any suggestion?

from a layman's point of view, banknotes represents the total amount of prod
ucts you can purchase. The extra banknotes printed devalues the "purchasing
power" of each banknote.
You can show this to the kids through an easy demonstration. Get 5 candies,
and give the kids 5 tickets to exchange for the candies, one for each. Allow
them to exchange for 2 candies, and then "produce" 3 more tickets. This way
