You have to think about the "highly qualified" requirement: you have to be
licensed in the field you are teaching in 1-3 years, or you're considered
not highly qualified, and they won't rehire you. Do some research and see if
your state issues license for teaching Chinese, and how. I know H1-B is not
really a problem for you anymore, so if there's a good chance for teaching
Chinese in a good district, why not consider it.

Laukeen, thank you for the suggestion, my licensed field will be voice music
k-12, not Chinese, and my state doesn't provide Chinese teaching license.
And I don't really want to teach Chinese forever. An other thing is that if
I get a Chinese teaching job somewhere, after a year or two, I found a music
teaching opening, what can I see about the chinese teaching experience and
will they count the experience when I get a new job.
