Hi I am running into this problem - my windows cannot load my previous
settings anymore, even if i just changed it this minute and then exit the
system, and re-enter again, it will still like a system that has never been
used. It's like logging into the computer with a different and brandnew
username again. i read a popup note at the time of restarting though, saying
cannot access local file, either due to a security right problem or the
file is just corrupted. but my user name has the administr
