建议游戏室实名制
乱七八糟的一堆马甲没法管理，
强退的骂人的刷分的乌七八糟，
搞得很多人都不愿意来了。
实名制，开微信群，收费，建设HTML5新牌室系统。
微信收费也很简单，可以每天为单位，比如打100盘以上的每月人民币50元，
每天50盘至100盘收20元，超过的封禁一天。
收费款项用于建设HTML5新牌室。
新牌室可以增加新流行的德州扑克。德州扑克可以用伪币作为筹码。
如果收费普遍反映不好接受，也可以采用土豪自愿捐赠的方式。
然后相应给予土豪一定的管理权限。比如封禁骂人者的权力等等。
形式可以多种多样，抛砖引玉，大家集思广益。

allocation, I have seen many clients that were allocated 2 /24 blocks from
their ISPs, but what they need (and they are actually using) is only a
handful of IPs.

这个也是没办法的事情，分配地址的时候，总不能一个一个分配吧，一个block一个
block的分配，肯定会有这个问题，不过只有14%的利用率，还是很让人惊讶。有没有啥
更靠谱的来源？

14%我都觉得多了。HP就有2个A class地址，这样的公司还有好几个。但问题是ip地址
没有实质
的拥有者，iana和rir都只是管理者，很难要回浪费的地址。我每年都按时交管理费，
凭什么要回
去？要是想靠改政策要回地址，按惯例新政策又管不了老事情，而起远水解不了近渴。
等着看吧，

(((2^32) / 3 600) / 24) / 365 = 136.19252
So if a computer can do one echo request and wait for positive/negative echo reply within one second, it takes 136 years to cycle through the full IPv4 address space, of course this problem can easily be distributed, but it is still a bad idea.
I did not expect IPv4 address space is that huge.

好处。
看看谁在ipv6上最积极，hurricane electric，见人就抓住吹ipv6，但行业影响力实
在有限。
