AT&T DSL basic claims uptp 768k. In fact, 99% in my home is 66K.

你好歹也是名字叫isup的人。
up to， there is no guarantee, a dedicated T1 will cost you several hundred
dollar/month, give you some idea how expensive it is.

Still better than dial-up.
I can do over 1.2MB download speed with Comcast.

comcast is cable solution, AT&T usually provides ADSL G.lite, the bandwidth
is probably around 1.5Mbps.
To LZ, transfer to cable company or order Uverse service, it is VDSL service
,(not sure, but much faster).
However, all the company do overscription, unless you pay more.

人家有同样价钱速度快3倍的，但不卖给我，喜新厌旧。
