我的评估结果刚出来！
浙江大学土木系本科（99年毕业），不通过！理由是缺乏数学等基础学科的学分4个。
在这里看到居然清华也有被拒的，他们真是有病！
我打算给NCEES写信投诉他们！美国每年在中国招收如此多的学生不就是图我们的数学
好嘛！

说真的，我的工作经验已经够了。可能不服气的成分占40%，痛恨老美的规定占60%。
可是，我想人家敢于如此，就是仗着我们这些人不会联合，各自吃亏后拉倒
...

你才缺4个，不错了。
我清华的本科，评估结果是缺乏数学等基础学科的学分11个。虽然工程等多了11个，他
们不在乎。
他们的评估很怪异，我6学分线性代数+高等代数竟然不算SCIENCE，瞎分类。
好在我向州Board申诉，强调我有1BS+2MS，硕士science加上线性代数+高等代数正好够
11个学分。Board 接受了我的申诉顺利的发给我PE执照(我2006年PASS 的PE exam).就
因为这个评估，半年没给我PE执照。
Anyway,现在Board发给我执照了

I am in NV. Our state board allow us to take exam first if you have MS
degree in engineering + BS in engineering.

I never see anyone from China passed it. No matter THU, TJU...
They are the rule maker, ABET NCEES, how you gonna boycott it. The rule is
in favor of ABET and US schools for sure.
(Look at the evaluation, they always try to make your total credits be
equal to 120 credits. With the discount factor, there must be at least one
part below the requirement.)
As Tedamiao just said, don't worry about it. Most of the boards can accept
it and will approve the application. If you have a decent 4-year degr

My case is:
Georgia registered PE. I am applying PE in a few other states, using NCEES
record service (by which I don't have to do the same application procedure
for every state). All required documents were sent to CPEES last week. I am
waiting for CPEES decision. We will see whats going to happen.

If you have US degree and 4 Years + experience, I think should be fine.
My personal feeling: We should do CPEES evaluation. It will be beneficial in
the future. We had overcame some many obstacles to come here. Shouldn't get
frustrated by just an evaluation.

I agree.
I have US master + China master + china bachelor + 8 years exp.
What I am worrying about is if I couldn't pass the evaluation (or delayed),
many of our projects/proposals in other states would be delayed or postponed.
