need to have a lunch next Monday with two guys,
one is the Chief Scientist, one is the Director of Research.
We will talk on my intern in their company for the Fall semester.
I had a phone conversation with the chief Scientist, and seemed that
he was satisfied with my background, thus come to the next step
bargaining with the guy charging $.
Since I have no real working experience both in China & the States,
how should I improve my baseline? The company seems to be in
