"be" is omitted. in spoken english, the auxilary verb r often
omitted. e.g.:
(knock! knock!)
Chicago: coming!
chicago actually means "I am coming".
e.g.2:
Headline! 300 people killed in the plan crash!
here, it actually means "300 ppl ARE killed", but "are" is omitted.
so, e.g.3:
Chicago: I gonna leave.
actually chicago means "I am gonna leave".

One correction:
It is
Chicago: I gotta leave.
Gotta is DIFFERENT from gonna.. Gonna straightly stands for
"going to", or you could say it is an abbreviation of "going to"
Gotta means "Got to".
