I guess it is more like, you know, just a sorta symptom; the speaker is
just like, I mean, you know, she just don't know what she is talking about,
you get what I'm sayin'?

"I mean" - we know you say what you mean ...
"stuff" - what stuff? something you put inside the Thankgiving turkey?
"some" - Come on, give us a rough number. you've got 10 fingers, not some

I know a native speaker, whose lectures and presentatioins are
completely without such phrases. In fact, if transcribed, they are
much like written texts. I believe thay are well rehearsed. It just
shows how some people do not spare an iota of preparation. The
audiences surely appreciate the differences.
