I am gonna take part in christmas Party. But I really don't know how to
use knives and forks at all. If anyone know how to get audio or video
for it, I should be grateful if you could let me know.

knife in your right hand and fork on your left. hold with your fork and cut
with your knife. then eat with your fork.

some people can eat chicken with knives and forks. not me. i just use my
hands.
and i think they will waste a lot of meat if they use their knves and forks.
i can eat salad with forks with no problem.

The most formal dinner I had in univ is the Thanksgiving Dinner. Each year
a free Thanksgiving Dinner is provided free of charge for international
students in my university. We all used the forks and knives. The other one
is Boxing Day dinner after Xmas. School canteen provides KFC and we bring
door prize for exchange. Just use the hands for KFC, I guess.
It is amazing most whites in the Chinese restaurants here can use chopsticks
without any problems. Just like we Chinese.

Usually the baozi is a little small, it is not necessary to use knives to
cut them. Just fork is enough.
I just use forks to take baozi when it is smaller.
