Burning Issue = Urgent Issue (burning refers to fire... putting out fire is
urgent)
Mickey Mouse = haphazard, lack of planning. (question was ill-posed, should
think it through before asking the question)

"Happy Friday" is self explanatory.
"Biscuit" is a slang... meaning friends, as in "what's up my nigga, homie,
biscuit."
