I am going out of town to help my brothers build our parent's house
at the beach this weekend so I will not be able to meet with you this
Sunday. Did I tell you my parents are building themselves a retirement home?
Unfortunately, my father fell off a ladder and broke his hip the first week
of Dec. and will not be able to work on it for many months so that is why my
brothers(and others)are helping to build their house right now, until he is
fully recuperated.
1) meet/meet with到底什么时候必须加with呀?

(2)的肯定形式是I told you that my parents are building themselves a
retirement house 这里的that 后面是宾语从句 that可以省掉的吧

i guess is that you can use "in" for #3.
for #4, i think they mean the same thing.
and shouldn't it be "help my brothers to build" instead of "help my brothers
build"? i don't know.

I think the to after help could be omitted.
