For example, if I ask:
"You did not change the paper since yesterday, right?"
If the person did not change anything, should he say yes or say no?
How about if I ask:
"You did not change the paper since yesterday, didn't you?"
(I think in this case, he should say "no")

按照实际情况回答，如果没换过，就是NO，换过就是yes

if u do ask this way, most ppl will not answer yes or no.

For your 1st question, you should say NO. However, you can say,"Yes, you are
right".
