我是master，工作职位的要求是BS with working experience or MS。律师说这个要求
不符合EB2，所以只能EB3。律师说得很肯定的样子，但是我又听说公司里有不少和我一
样职位的人是申请EB2的。。。真的有可能EB2吗？

Sure you can. On your Ads just say " Bachelor+5years experience or master
degree"

十几: a dozen or so
几十：a few dozens, a few scores

请问有什么实例或者规定可以引用吗？我和律师说了半天也不行，因为律师说在工作要
求里BS with experience和MS这两者是“OR”的关系，所以MS并不属于这个工作的最低
学历要求，所以绝对不符合EB2。。。

"BS plus experience," how many years of experience? If not explicitly
indicated as "5 years", than it would imply BS + x years of exp or MS + 0.
We all know BS + 2 is MS + 0, and BS + 2 will be EB3. The company must use
absolute minimum requirements for PERM applications.
One way to solve this problem is asking your manager to provie BS + 5 to the
attorney.

都可以。
"tens of" generally describes another numerical, such as tens of thousands;
u normally do not see expression of "tens of people".
