求助各位英语高手
我从小发音是用地方话学的，受地方话影响，发辅音撒气撒的利害，
比方说 start，一个音节， s 和最后一个 t都不应该撒气，
我总是发成 si/tar/te
这样说一个长句半截就没气了，
所有的词都是这样发，连成句子老美第一次听我说话的基本都瞪眼，
那位高手指点如何改过来？谢谢

You are vibrating your vocal cords before the first "t" and
continuing past the second "t". That is the reason you are
making extra noise that becomes the I and E in "sI/tar/tE".
Try delaying vibration of your vocal cords until after your
tongue pushes off your front teeth to make the first "t",
and cut off your vocal cord vibrations before your tongue
and teeth make the second (final) "t" sound.
You probably have no difficulty with "tar". So practice
saying "tar", and focus on the instance wh
