I have a PhD degree in Biology from US . I'm working as a Posdoc on H-1B visa. If I
want to submit I-140 for
greencard application, do I need to apply for PERM first?
Can anyone tell me what is the difference between NIW, EB1,EB2,and EB3?

最近涉足废水处理的课题研究。文献表明纳米铁能有效地处理三氯乙烯（至少有3篇文
献），但我重复他们的试验，反应速率相差很大。文献中2小时反应结束，我这里至少
24小时。不知有没有同行指点一下。谢谢

Your question is too basic but too complicate to answer.

大海捞针以后，文献一共就3篇，我估计这里没什么人干过这个。。。

Fe0 处理TCE的文献很多
但是纳米级别的就不清楚了

Search for Prof. Paul G. Tratnyek. You should find more information. He is
one of the expert on zone iron and nanoparticle application in
environmental eng.

我本科毕业设计做过这个
在国内，试验条件差，有些忽悠人
在我做的过程当中
感觉需要注意的地方
1。充分接触
2。温度控制

Search Lowry, he at least has more than 10 on NZVI and TCE;
Really depending on the dose of your iron, and the way you made your iron,
and how old your iron is. Give more information, I may be able to answer
you some questions.

Tratneyk is definitely one, while he primarily focuses on carbon
tetrachloride and other compounds and may not specifically work much on TCE.
Another one is Zhang at Lehigh.
