背景：职位data scientist，物理Phd 三篇文章（2篇一作分别50 和 19引用，1篇二作
2个引用，外加两个会议），81 引用， 10 review
申请时间： 3月28号收到，一个周之后pp，4月10 RFE要求要offer letter，4月28号
approve
经历：我之前是o1，通过郭律师 (Daniel Guo Law)办的，因为自己case比较弱，但是
身份没有办法，抽了两次h1b都没中原本今年2月份身份过期了，只能硬着头皮搞o1，所
以准备比较充分，自己比较上心。推荐人推荐信也都是我先选好准备好，律师来修改。
我是把引用我的文章一个个过了一遍，因为总共也不多，从中选了对我有利的5个独立
推荐人，再厚着脸皮要推荐信，整个过程很费时费力，但是做完之后我对别人怎么引用
我就很了解，自然而然你就知道该谁做你的推荐人了，而且引用列表，引用单位以及引
用文章的引用方式这些信息也自然有了。PL是我提供的背景，但是为了方便律师起草，
我反复考虑了很多，毕竟自己还是比较清楚自己情况。我比较喜欢郭律师准备Exhibit
材料的方式，分类比较清楚，材料说明和一些技巧也很充分，节省了我比较多的时间。
Review我也是去年1月份才拖朋友介绍开始的，没想到挺快的拿到了好多reveiw的机会
。整个申请材料准备也就是从去年8月份准备到11月份，和律师来回修改了两次。EB1b
申请就主要是更新了一下引用，PL添加了一些别人引用我的细节，总算是有惊无险的
140通过了。希望我的经历能够给大家打打气，机会永远是给有准备的人的。

想必很多人看过侯孝贤导演的《最好的时光》，里面的“Rain and tears”早已是西洋
老歌中不可或缺的经典歌曲，而这正是希腊乐队Aphrodite‘s Child（爱神之子）的作
品，演唱者正是Demis Roussos。Demis Roussos是一位出生于希腊的歌手，在1968年的
时候与另外两位音乐人Vangelis和Lucas Sideras组成了Aphrodite's child（爱神之子
）乐队。Aphrodite’s Child的这几位成员均受过古典音乐的熏陶，故不但音乐底子好
，就连歌词写的也极富诗意。
Demis Roussos的音乐极富节奏感，且声音沙哑而感性，让人一听之后欲罢不能。在下
雨天时，站在窗户旁，远眺前方，“Rain and tears”的旋律漂浮在空气中，经Demis
Roussos情深意切的演绎，让人在忧伤的倾诉中，心被一点点地渗透 ……遗憾的是
Demis Roussos病逝于雅典医院，享年69岁。BBC称，卢索斯在医院经历一段时间治疗后
不幸去世，但病因暂未透露。以后听不到这种温暖的沙哑的美妙声音了。
这首歌的歌词真是美丽动人，旋律轻盈，一听就根本停不下来，不知单曲循环了多久。

还有一年环境工程小硕毕业，在PA,想考今年10月的FE。请问哪些州不用学位认证可考
FE,具体应该怎么操作？之后有意搬去CA，在其他州考的FE可以通用吗？

去研院开证明说明MS还有一年毕业，这样可行吗？

Seems not quite right. delegate is a type in C#, I am wondering if there is
a good Chinese terminology for this.

You can try to take it at Maryland. Their policy is more friendly. I guess if you have the test in PA, you will need certify your undergraduate degree if its from
China.
After you pass the FE in one state, you can take PE in any other state.

MD requires an engineering degree from US. LZ can only take it after
graduation if he/she doesn't want to do the evaluation

那德州这边考试之前需要学位认证吗？
还是考试之后，成绩合格，递交学位认证材料，然后拿到证书

其实你现在在读，报名应该容易一点吧。
我是Vermont读书，就跟着本科生一起报名，然后院里统一准备材料，根本没有问学位
证书之类的事情，当然Vermont报考表格上说若是在degree program里超过5个学期就可
以了，似乎都不需要学位吧。
交50美元去verify，都是学校做的事情。
你们系或者院应该有人管这个事情，你去问问，若是跟本科生一起报名办理，应该容易
一些。
个人经验，祝好运！
