我知道应该填 I-140上的 benificiary number, 也给律师指出过， 但他还是填了h1b

很多模型和软件都是确定性模型，即便要有一些uncertainty，用一些Monte carlo
simulation。但是SAS估计真的没什么用，否则我也考了。
