we know exactly the meaning of a adject by looking up in a dictionary.
but how can we know the accurate meaning of the corresponding adverb?
is there a dictionray which can give explanations for adverbs?

投了无数份简历（上公司网站上投的），都石沉大海。最近一个晚我一届，和我背景区
别不大的学妹也找到工作了，我觉得我的方法肯定有问题，至少简历肯定有问题，不然
这简历回头率也太低了点。
这里工作了的牛人们，能不能给点建议，怎样的简历才抓人？一般entry-level招人的
时候，看什么呢？

some tips that may help:
1. find some ads in this field and get some idea about what qualifications
the companies look at
2. go to Linkedin.com and find some profiles of the people in this field.
some of them may serve as good examples
3. have others revise it as you said above
4. go to jobhunting board and see what other people suggest

I don't think 'absently' has three meanings.

再说女生找工作比男生有优势
你如果还有些电面的机会,就不应当是你简历的问题
现在公司对未来的预期不准,因此都相对保守,宁可每个人都做点,也不愿意立即招人来

Ch2m hill好像有要选一些人去参加内部的招聘会，我也没有收到邀请。之前要投简历
，电面，最后去开会相当于集体的onsite吧。其他公司怎么样我也不清楚
