最近女儿为我们两位父母（在新泽西）申办绿卡，前几天已收到了回美证，有关期限等
我们不清楚，向大家请教。
一回美证的有效期是一年还是二年？证上的签发日期是3/23/2009，但证上第三段落又
写了：3/22/2010，这日期是表达回美证在3/22/2010以前有效吗？
二我们如果回中国，在国内最长是住一年，能在二年内返美国都允许吗？

最近有点儿诸事不顺，偶遇了一家摆摊儿的算命先生。先生的摊子摆的比较大，广告布上写着修炼过“奇门遁甲”，大概是道学上很高的一种段位。先生看见我们两个，专门指出我的面相里面最近有事儿，闺蜜没事儿，执意让我坐下来算一下。我本是科学支持者，迷信反对者，可那时候总觉得走开了也不放心，就抱着不相信的态度去试试看了。
算命先生问了我的姓名，年龄，生辰八字，老家祖籍情况，然后递给我一支笔，一打红纸，就像结婚的人贴喜字的那种粉红色纸，让我记一记他要说的话：
姑娘，你的命运是一个游魂，不能固定在同一个地方。你命里有西方的符号，所以你降生在家境殷实人家，能提供出国的资金，有一天你必定会到西方来……你的宿舍风水不好，主学而无用，劳而无功……你老了以后最好回祖籍老家守着父母。你喜晚婚，你现在在谈恋爱，你对象是油嘴滑舌之徒，最好和对象相处三年以后再结婚，婚后分居。你与车有缘。你父母要注意交通安全，否则会有事故。最近不要去找你国内的对象见面，见了不好，有相克之气，如果想去见他，我送你一个符号牌带着去……
算命先生说那个符号牌必须购买，闺蜜在旁边提醒我别随便给钱，我也不知道鬼使神差的怎么着了迷，非得给算命先生钱，可能真的是图一个心理安慰吧。后来拿着红纸回到宿舍反复看，对照自己的生活，却怎么也找不到很多印证，反而是找出很多相反的痕迹，是恰好相反那种！
比如，现在我在同一间宿舍里住了两年了，这叫固定在同一个地方。宿舍环境很好，学习效率很高，并非劳而无功。老了以后打算拿绿卡，把父母带到美国来。国内父母上下班很近，不开车。对象是个老老实实的实在人，嘴比一般人都老实，什么尔虞我诈的都不会。跟对象见面相处很融洽，比别人都和谐，早就打算结婚了，不在一起的时候聊聊微信，在一起互相促进学习工作，现在两边的口碑都不错……
唯独是最近个人学业上遭受了一点挫折，考试成绩不太理想，但肯定不是宿舍风水造成的，现在成绩得B-，如果不是经常在宿舍通宵加班的话，可能连C都得不了。

主句是but when the landlord kept hovering around him with a silent plea in

company for a while 里面的he/him都应该是landlord吧
to whom he had said only the bare minimum修饰landlord，这个he应该是the man吧
remembering his behavior yesterday 插入语

who's ebays market comparable? amazon? are you caculating enterprise value
of equity value?
or use DCF, do a pro forma, make up bunch of growth assumptions. you can use
WACC or FTE.

回美证上面是有有效期的，仔细看看吧。我的找不到了，要不可以帮你核实一下。
我2006年的时候是提交了申请后回国了，回美证是后来邮寄到家里后托人带回国的。我
呆了1年半才回美。入境的时候移民官也没看，就盖个戳就让我入境了。

我上课时的基本办法是几种方法都来一下，例如DCF,Comps,APV,让后都列在那里，或者
取个平均。做Comps最好多找几个，然后得做Capital Structure调整。
这些东东Coporate Finance课里都有的，随便看看就行了,比那些Interest Rate Model
容易好多...:-)

during which you can demonstrate.

Using P/E ratio has a problem, you should assume there is no other
investment made in the company, which means there is no any opportunity cost
raised.Using DCF is a good choice but we should make sure what cash flow we
are using.

1）用comparable companies的各种multiples（P/E, EV/EBIDTA，etc）
2）用DCF（用FCFE来discount，这种方法的关键是你要estimate以后的growth rate。
。。）
然后1和2取个平均数。。。我以前做作业的时候一般是这样。。。
