I wouldn't buy anything from a store w/ 98.X% good rate if I were you
Never consider a store below 99% good reviews

I never searched hello kitty....
just remember:
select store first and then check what they have. Start w/ a random search
of hello kitty and have the list in order of credibility. skip the beginning
super-size stores and then open 5-10 stores. see how's their rate goes.
While reading the rates, go for those bad reviews and see what they say.
