下面有MM写了自己在FL参见timeshare的不愉快经历。我买这个package的时候完全没被
告知是timeshare，lz之前也不知道啥是timeshare。lz只被告知需要参观他们新建的一
个casino/Hotel，去不了vegas的话随时可以打电话cancel。lz这两天打电话去cancel
，但是不让！只可以transfer！看了是被骗了！有没有MM有过类似的经历，怎么能把钱
要回来呢？谢谢啦！

去年夏天去las vegas买了prepaid住宿package，可以选luxor或者Excalibur或者
Golden gate住两晚。
最后算下来只需要交一些fee。具体是这样的，我们先prepay了99，忘了有没有tax了，
然后去住的时候参加一个2~3小时的tour，参观他们新建的一个casino，参加完以后可
以选择退99或者拿100的show/casino/dining voucher，就相当于没有付那99了。如果
有人有兴趣，我需要打电话去改到你的名下，transfer好像需要交一些fee。
我们去过几次vegas了，还是觉得这个很划算没顶得住诱惑。可是今年国内有人来，我
们定了美东，没时间去美西了，只能转让。有兴趣的GG和MM可以站内短我或者回帖，有
人有兴趣我再更新package细节。谢谢～～～

time share吧，最好说清楚这个，那里的人很jw的，非让你买他们的房子不可

我不懂是不是time share ，要花2~3小时去参观他们新建的casino是 time share吗？

是呀，我们在fl的时候去过，被烦死了，不给驾照跟信用卡还不让我们走，ld生了好大
的气才放我们出去，觉得没啥意思

这样啊，那可以投诉吗？
我们买的时候没跟我们说，就说strip在向南延伸，他们家在靠南边新建了casino和酒
店，他们需要advertise，这样旅客下次来的时候就会考虑南边的酒店了。。。

we have been to the timeshare at las vegas last year, we spend about 1.5
hours chat with saleman and tour the condo for about 30 minutes, it is ok
for me as i treated it as a study opportunity, and by the end I just
insisted
that i do not want it then they let us go(they were not happy but did not
give us hard time).
the fun part is, at the beginning of the chat, they quoted the 2b/2b hotel
like condo for over $20k a week at vegas, but right before we walked out the
door, they told us if we are willing to purchase, it would only cost $6000
for one time deal then we can use the condo for free one week every year,
and can transfer to other city resorts too such as hawaii or FL.
btw, i have several friends owns timeshare, it is not totally a bad thing if
you love travel, and have more than one kid.

非常感谢frombejing姐姐的详细解答～他要硬让买，我们两个穷学生也拿不出钱哪～
其实我们本来是打算去的，但是行程变了，国内有人过来要去美东，没有时间去las
vegas了，不然我们就自己用了，毕竟相当于话很少很少的钱住宿，还是很爽的。
真想不通这些timeshare的人，会买免费住宿package的必然是没什么钱的人，谁会有钱
去买房子呢。他们还不说真话，说参观新酒店，他们自己做广告而已，骗我们同意他们
的term，我们钱都付完了才给了我们terms。不过我们当时问了好多好多问题，他们回
答的我们都很满意，也一直没看terms，以为terms上就说参观新酒店。经yym MM提醒我
才看terms，发现上面有timeshare这个词！这么骗来的顾客，有人买他们的房才怪呢！
不知道有没有方法投诉把钱要回来啊！
