我上星期有一个小学校的on-site interview，今天有推荐人告诉我the chair向他要推
荐信，信里是这样讲的“would you be happy to e-mail me a reference as soon
as possible so we can finalize our deliberations”。
请问有经验的faculty或申请人帮我看看这是一个good sign 吗？还是每一个
candidate for on-site interview 都会被要求推荐信？我知道包括我总共有4个
candidates.

If you have finished your on-site interview, they should have decided to
hire you, based on my experience.
