下周二就onsite了，SCC还没把面试安排发给我，这正常吗？该不该发信催一下？

面试当天早上接你的人手持一份schedule 都是有可能的
当然这或多或少的反映出一些问题。

我今年遇到了两次，都是大于30个教授的系，SCC不是系主任。
我个人感觉是系里面在招聘这件事上可能不够团结，与申请人可能无关。对于不够团结
的系，投票结果不好预测，比如SC喜欢的candidate会被会拿到offer。

我也遇到过这样的。主要是schedule一堆教授挺难的。Don't over think it. 祝你好

This is absolutely true.
To LZ: Don't think too much about it. It has no indication, at all. People (
faculty) take their time to sign up for meetings, and the secretary usually
does not want to send out a schedule that is not finalized -- because they
she needs to send it again when it is finalized.
I just came back a week ago. I got a tentative schedule (through email)
after my arrival at the hotel (in the afternoon), with a note saying that my
dinner host will give me a printed final schedule at dinner. And he did.
The only change was that three people would join me for dinner that night
instead of one. After serving on many search committees, I know this is
perfectly normal and has nothing to do with how they think of me. So relax,
be confident, and be at your best.
