小弟收到中部一排名50左右的学校的offer，工资90k
startup 差不多200-300k的样子，
2 months of your summer salary
2 years of full GRA support
Relocation expenses
Office PC/laptop
Hardware/software cost.
请问有negotiate的余地吗？
请问一下2年的GRA support一般正常吗，只有一个PhD，那么必须第三年拿到fund之后
才能继续支撑phd. 小弟新手，请问一般情况工科在第三年会有fund进账吗，或者第二
年？还请前辈指教，谢谢！

Yes, you are expected to bring funds in before the end of second year since
start up would expire in two years though in general you can ask for an
extension.
It looks that you are doing computation, 200-300k doesn't look too bad.

This seems to be standard (which every new faculty gets) at many engineering
departments (similar rankings) from my experience and what I hear (at least
for experimentalist):
2 PhD student for 2 years (4 student*year)
2 summary month salary for 2 years (4 months total)
1 semester teaching release
Relocation expense
Equipment and lab space/renovation/furniture depends on your type of
research.
Ask for more (in a nice and justified way related to work) until they say no.
