FY2016从2015年10月1号到2016年9月30号。现在的CR 12月11号到期。不过国会10月底
通过budget agreement,让政府关门可能性非常低。而且这个budget也保证NSF budget
不会减，而且会微增。

感觉这个date是ad hoc review开始的日期，我的写的是 external peer review began
on 8/4. 这个离提交才10天，mail review的comment不可能都到panel的desk。

日期。我问PM，她说是在走审批流程，要我patient。但fastlane状态还是pending呀。

我原来一直以为状态应该先变为"recommended"，然后"awarded".但现在一直pending，
所以有点慌。PM又让我patient，说她已经批了，现在她已没法控制这个过程。
不知道有没有过来人能指点一下？

你都被recommend 了， 就不用担心了。还真没听过,要了abstract, recommend 了，也
不用address comments 的情况下最后被拒了的情况。当然这是我安慰自己的话....
