The decision to ATTEMPT to move this grant forward for possible funding is
not mine. However, I will do everything I can to attempt to have it funded.
I will stay in touch with you and let you know what I learn about which
grants will go forward.
不知道NIH的PO权力到底多大，希望可以拿到。
