教职第二年，由于种种原因想重回市场。最近发现了一个比较合适的位置，但是招聘广
告有这么一句话：Please provide the names and email addresses for your
references in the Reference Letter section of the employment application.
Upon submission of your application, an automated email will be generated
and sent to your references with instructions on how to attach the reference
letter to your application through a confidential online portal.
本来是想先上市场看看，不想惊动references。一般不都是到最后一步才要reference
letter吗，这种情况这个位置是不是就没法申请了？
