申请NIH的grant，准备JIT的时候，需要discose所有信息还是只disclose有关该grant
的信息？
比如：我申请了A项目，JIT 就放所有跟A相关的人和事物；但如果我的lab里有一个中
国来的访问学者，但是他所有的工作做的都是其他项目，与A完全没有关系，请问我是
否需要在foreign component里面disclose他的信息？

我觉得最好需要填上所有的信息，这样免得有人以此为借口恶心人。

谢谢回复；哎现在NIH搞得人心慌慌，都不敢跟任何国内的funding或者人员沾边，就
怕被圈起来细细审查，耽误时间。

it is everything - including pending and those being reviewed (if you are a
key person). see

"Current Other Support: Provide active support information for all
individuals designated in an application as senior/key personnel—those
devoting measurable effort to a project. Other support includes all
financial resources, whether Federal, non-Federal, commercial or
institutional,..."
Also, list direct cost only. if you are a sub-awardee, list only the direct
cost of the sub only.
this should be described in the JIT request email:
"Please report your annual funding as DIRECT COSTS/YEAR (not as TOTAL COSTS
for the entire award). Also, if you are receiving a subaward on a grant to
another PI, or it is a multi-PI award, only report the portion that goes to
your lab (again, as annual direct costs). Indicate if the grant is in a no-
cost-extension. Finally, for each funded or pending grant include a concise
description of its aims. Describe any scientific or budgetary overlap with
the pending application. "
