selleing agent directly.
今天收到loaner 那边过来的费用列表， 如下：
Escrow and title fee quote:
1. Owner's Title Premium: $1285.00
2. ALTA Policy $487.00
3. Endorsements: $150
4. Flat Rate Recording Fee OR:
Deed: $25.00
Mortgage Deed of Trust
5. Transfer Tax(County) $440
6. Sub Escrow fee: $125
7. Notary/Signing Fee: $200.00
8. Messenger/Wire Fee: $175.00
9. Escrow Fee: $1125.00
10. Loan/E doc Processing Fee: $375.00
