I am going to buy a house with a sun room. I am asking why do they build the
sun room? To tan the skin or clothes?
I saw several chinese just leave their sun room empty and it seems useless.
I want to change it to a reading room then my wife is worried about the
resale.
Any idea?Thanks.

有人当琴房（当然要把阳光遮起来，这个就比较失去了sunroom的意义），有人当
breakfast room，这还不错，有人弄很多花花草草在里面，就像阳台一样，休息的地方
，都不错啊。
