求救! 老婆拿刀吓唬我,我打了911.# Family - 我爱我家

昨晚跟老婆为一点小事争了起来,老婆逼我承认她说的是对的,我只承认了她说的可能是
对的. 于是老婆
就说我怎么那么犟, 我于是继续在那跟她解释.结果老婆抓狂了,去厨房拿了把菜刀过来
砍我(现在想起
来其实她只是为了吓唬我). 我看她拿刀来了,我就往后退了,没有受任何伤. 看她情绪
稍微稳定了,就把
刀夺了过来.我一时被吓着和气着了,就打了911. 当时我妈也抱着小孩在现场. 我连夜
找朋友用现金把
她保了出来,但是条件是她不能和我有任何直接或间接的联系. 现在已经帮她找了本地
最好的律师,律师
说他90%的把握保证她没事. 但仍有10%的可能坐牢. 现在我真的很后悔为什么当时没有
想到用别得途
径解决问题. 也怪我太愚蠢不知道打911会有这么严重的后果. 现在不知道有什么办法
能最大化的减轻
后果, 跪求各位大虾指教!!! (我老婆平常也很容易抓狂, 但是抓狂后我只要给她真心
认错,她又好了.
平常没有任何精神上的异常. 不知道能不能判定为精神病?)

如果不是挖坑的花, 先打自己两个嘴巴子.
然后和律师商量怎么办把. 这个都是小案件, 找律师墨迹莫及没有什么钱不能摆平的.
检方不一定会提诉如果你不配合

it happen to me one month ago.my wife hit herself with a piece of wood and
call the police and tell them I hit her. the police put me in jail for 29
hrs.
she bail me out 25k cash.now she send a letter tell the TA that was a
mistake. but the TA won't dismiss the case.I have to find lawyer to deal
with it.my wife is same as your wife.
now,I just wait foe the case pass then plan to get divorce.
if you don't get any mark by her,don't worry about it,they will dismiss the
case. won't get in jail for sure. pay some money.
hope your wife will change, otherwise divorce.

what is TA?
You may want to calm down before filing for divorce. Your wife bailed you
out
and maybe she is regreting it right now.
Take it easy and hopefully your marriage will be stronger after this.
Next time, when your wife calls 911, walk away and find a place to hide a
few
hours.

应该达不到精神病吧，不过这样的女人很可怕，不温柔就算了，还这么暴力，同情一下
你。不用太担心坐牢吧，我有亲戚惹麻烦，因为是第三次了，本来要监禁6个月以上，
可是上庭后法官说监狱太满了没地方装他，改罚款加社会服务。有空老婆上医院检查是
否血压高等等，这类人脾气很坏。还有看看心理医生。你这个性格估计也不会和她离婚
，两个人吸取教训。可怜你妈妈

看来类似现象还蛮普遍的。偶有过类似经历不过离了。彼此性格不和，无法调和，离了
