A big brandch of a tree in my yard fell down, part of it fell into the
neighbor's yard, and a few panels of the neighbor's fence fell half way down
(not completely to the ground).Very old fence with tons of vines on it.
Is this our responsibility?
Do we need to remove the tree and fix the fence?

这有啥疑问的，这是谁的树可不就是谁的责任嘛。不能让邻居吃亏不是。

yes, your insurance company may cover for it. Call and check.

怎么这么多人胡说八道啊，
一般来说，如果你事先知道树死了而不处理，那是你的negligence
你必须负责。
否则邻居的保险付。
