lease上写的是把premises located at ...租给租客，且没有单独关于车库的条款，我
理解是premises包括车库。但是房东擅自把车库租给他人，不让我们用，还说如果进入
车库就是入侵私人领域，要报警（发邮件告诉我们的）。这种情况已经半年了。
但是我自己的理解是premises 已经包括的这处房产的所有部分，包括了车库，院子，
地下室等，我们有权在租期内进入和使用
有专家可以解答一下吗？有没有相关的法律条文@NY?

lease原文中对premises的定义是：
Clause 2. Identification of Premises
Subject to the terms and conditions in this agreement, Landlord rents to
