当时没有递交485, RD是用140的Receipt Date吗，还是其他日期？发现NSC处理是根据
RD的先后
网上状态还是2012年的状态. 从12月1号开始，律师SR, 网上＋电话SR,一直没有回音。
这周联系了议员，得到下面的回复，这是还要等多久的节奏啊...?
Mr. xx is an approved EB-3 with a priority date of March 1, 2010 from China.
According to the visa bulletin, visas are currently available for EB-3 from
China with a priority date of March 1, 2011 and earlier. USCIS records
confirm that Mr. xx’s application is currently pending at the Nebraska
Service Center (NSC). The NSC is currently working Form I-485 applications
where visas are available as first in, first out. Mr. xx’s application is
now waiting in line to be assigned to an adjudication officer for review.
