Dear Mr. Oppenheimer,
Thanks for your reply. Do you see any EB-2C demand on or after May 1st, 2010
so far? if yes, how many?
Sincerely,
Executive Team

I have plenty of China EB-2 demand already awaiting authorization based on

worry, applicants should be prepared to act quickly with such movements.

Subject: Regarding EB-2 China demand data
Dear Mr. Oppenheimer,
Thank you for continuously sharing important immigration information with us
in past years!
We, New Immigrants United, would greatly appreciate your help if you could
share with us the recent demand data for EB2 China.
Statistics such as demand data would keep stakeholders more informed. This
data could also help us to clarify some of the questions and confusion that
our members have. In recent weeks, they often came to us complaining about
the "black box" going into the visa bulletin and allocation process.
Specifically, we have recently received numerous inquiries from our members
about EB2 China demand. Although the principles of visa allocation is
outlined in the document "THE OPERATION OF THE IMMIGRANT NUMERICAL CONTROL
SYSTEM", our members still do not feel fully informed because they don't
have the necessary information or data to fully understand and appreciate
the cut-off dates in the visa bulletin.
As EB2 China cutoff date approaching May 2010, there is little data for us
to share with EB2 China applicants. (The most recent demand data for EB2
China was only available till May 2010.) In specific, do you see any demand
from EB2 China on or after May 2010? Your data would allow us better
communicate to our members and help these confused members greatly
appreciate the tremendous efforts and meticulous analysis your office have
put into when setting the monthly visa bulletin. We firmly believe that
releasing such statistics would greatly benefit the stakeholders given broad
public interests in this data.
Notwithstanding your final decision on releasing such demand data, please
let us know your opinion on this matter. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Executive Team
